What’s the actual minimum order?
Depending on the particular product 10 units per product line, period. That’s how we keep wholesale accessible. If you want adhesive AND adhesive primer, you order 10 of each = 20 total units. Mix scents within the same line freely.
How long until I get my products?
2 to 3 weeks from the day we have your approved label artwork and payment sometimes sooner about 4-7 business days. We text you status updates throughout order processing if you opt in. If we’re ever going to be late we tell you immediately, not on the due date.
I don’t have a label designer. Can you help?
Yes. At the Builder tier (25+ units) we provide label design assistance: send us your logo, brand colors, and a description of the vibe you want and we mock up 2-3 label options. Starter tier customers can use our standard template.
Do you offer dropshipping?
No, we do not offer drop shipping.
What payment terms do you offer?
At this time, all orders require payment before production begins.
Can I see ingredient lists?
Absolutely. Full INCI ingredient lists are sent with every sample. All formulations are paraben-free, sulfate-free, cruelty-free, and compliant for the U.S. market.
