Orders & Shipping

What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt right away. Once we finish processing, we send a second email with your tracking number. Please double-check your email at checkout so these reach you.

What’s your processing and shipping time?

Payment clearing takes up to 6–12 hours. Order preparation takes 6–12 business days. Shipping then takes 7–14 days for domestic US orders. Timing can shift during holidays and high-volume periods. If you need an order by a specific date, email us before checkout so we can confirm whether it’s feasible.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships, typically 7–14 business days after you place it. You can also check order status anytime from your account.

My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it

First, double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout. If it’s correct, contact your local post office — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually drop them off, and the post office can often locate it within 24–48 hours. If they can’t, email us at support@boldbeautyproducts.com and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. We can’t refund or replace until the carrier confirms the package is lost, but 9 out of 10 times it turns up.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Email us immediately at support@boldbeautyproducts.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update it. If it has, we may not be able to redirect it — you’d need to contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 to ask about pickup at the destination post office. Wrong addresses can delay delivery significantly and we can’t be responsible for packages lost after they ship to an incorrect address.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently paused due to customs complications. Email us at support@boldbeautyproducts.com about your country — we may be able to make an exception for larger orders.

Will my items come in one package?

We combine items from multiple orders into one shipment when all of these are true: same customer account, same shipping address, similar ship dates, and the items are all eligible for combined delivery. Shipping fees per order aren’t refunded for combined shipments, but your total won’t exceed what you were charged at checkout.

Products

What’s the shelf life of your products?

2–3 years from manufacture date when stored properly. Shelf life varies slightly by product, and each unit ships with a printed date.

Can I try a product before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Visit the samples page or pick any product from the wholesale page and choose the sample option from the size dropdown. Most wholesale clients sample 2–3 items before committing to a private-label run.

Wholesale & Private Label

Do you offer label printing?

Yes. Upload your logo or label artwork at checkout. If you need help with the design, we can create one for you — just upload your logo and our team will email you a draft within 2–3 business days for approval before printing.

What material are your labels made from?

Removable high-gloss BOPP (Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene). It’s water-resistant, oil-resistant, tear-proof, smooth-printing, and food-label-safe. Ideal for haircare products that come in contact with water, oils, or rough handling.

What happens after I upload my logo or label design?

If you uploaded a print-ready label design: we print and ship it as-is. We’ll only reach out if the dimensions are incorrect.

If you uploaded just a logo and want us to design the label: our team emails you a draft within 2–3 business days. You review, request changes, then approve the final version. We print and ship after your sign-off.

I paid for labels but forgot to upload my artwork

No problem. Email your artwork to support@boldbeautyproducts.com with your name and order number in the subject line. Your order number is in your confirmation email.

Do labels come pre-applied to the products?

No. We ship the labels alongside the products so you can apply them yourself. This keeps shipping costs lower and gives you flexibility to apply at your own pace.

Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank-issued debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe, plus PayPal and Affirm (buy now, pay later).

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through Affirm. Choose Affirm at checkout to split your purchase into simple, scheduled payments — you can apply in seconds during checkout, with no need to sign up in advance.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@boldbeautyproducts.com. We’ll review and, if approved, send a return address. You then have 5 days to ship the items back using a trackable method and send us the tracking number.

Items must be returned in original condition and complete original packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We’re not responsible for items lost in return transit, which is why a trackable method is required.
