We are working around the clock to get all shipments out as soon as possible! We usually ship 4-10 business days after receiving your order. The Shipping duration is 3-4 business days for US customers, and 5-14 business days for International Orders.
At Bold Beauty Hair & Products, your complete satisfaction is our top priority! Before returning goods, please contact us within 5 days after you receive your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your reasons concerns first. If you still want to return your order, we will then send you a return address and you should return within 5 days after our agreement to return, you must send us a tracking number within these 5 days.
Please do not return the goods without consulting us first. We may not receive your return goods, then we will not be able to issue refund. Your feedback is very important to us. All items must be returned back completely with the original state. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you contact us with all questions and concerns before placing your order.
The first thing to check in this situation is if you entered the correct address when you placed your order. If you did, don’t worry! this has happened a lot since the pandemic but its getting less frequent now as we approach post pandemic time.
What happens in most cases is that the shipping carrier have scanned the package as delivered when it was actually not delivered yet. Most clients contact us after 3-4 days after the package marks delivered to let us know the mail person has just delivered the package!
Please be patient if this happens as USPS/UPS are working very hard to ensure you receive your package and sometimes because they are human, mistakes like this can happen and we as the sender of the package cannot do anything. What you can do as you wait is contact your local post office and let them know about the situation. They may be able to provide you with answers.
An investigation will be opened when you contact them and they will make sure they locate your package. Until we are certain that your package was lost, we cannot refund or send a replacement package to you because 9 out of 10 times they usually locate the package and deliver it to you.
We will provide a tracking number between 7-14 business days after you place your order The tracking number can then be used to check on the status of the order. You will receive an email that says your order has been completed and on that email we will provide a tracking number. Please check your email for updates on your order.

Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following criteria:
- Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account
- The orders are being shipped to the same address.
- The orders are shipping at around the same time.
- The items will be delivered by your promised delivery date.
Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won’t change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You’ll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.
